Shop Helper

We’re Looking for a Full-Time Shop Helper

Are you passionate about making things and working with your hands? Do you have some experience with metal fabrication, or are you willing to learn? If you’re looking for a full-time position with the possibility of promotion, read on!

JELKE’S Fabrication is seeking a responsible, reliable Shop Helper to help keep our busy shop running smoothly. This position is responsible for helping with a wide range of projects for our clients, as well as organizing materials, possibly operating CNC machinery, operating a forklift, helping with machine maintenance and more. This is a perfect opportunity for those looking to gain experience with precision cutting, fabrication and manufacturing, and who desire advancement.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A solid, reliable work history
• Experience working in a busy environment
• A desire to learn and eventually take on added responsibility
• A friendly, helpful attitude
• A commitment to safety

Forklift certification is a plus but not necessary. We will provide training for the right candidate.
